Pro is $99 a month for unlimited applications and no win fee at all.
Only when a builder awards you the package. Applying costs nothing, and you're not charged for quotes that don't win. The fee goes to the card on your account at the moment of the award, and every application screen shows you the exact figure on your price before you send it.
Your price — the amount the package was actually awarded at, excluding GST. If you quote inclusive of GST we work back to the ex-GST figure first, so you're never charged a percentage of the tax.
At about $5,000 of won work a month. Below that the free account usually costs less; above it Pro does. Pro also removes the three-application limit, so if you're quoting more than three packages a month it's worth it regardless of what you win.

Ratings come from completed work on the platform, not from anything a supplier types about themselves. Profiles also carry current insurances, licences, quality management plans and ISO certification, with expiry dates — so you can see what's current rather than what was true two years ago.
